How's it goin gang?! Man, I can't believe ANOTHER week has already flown by! You know, I'm really not to fancied on how fast the time is going by now...haha! Not sure why I used that word..."fancied"...what is that?! It's just getting more and more busy each day and all I can say is, I LOVE it. I don't know where the time goes. This past week was filled with more of getting to know the Ward, members, and the three areas we cover. It sure is handful having to remember so much, including investigators in each of those areas but it's nothing Elder Lee and I can't handle with the help of the Lord. There was something pretty exciting that happened last Friday and Saturday. I was able to go on exchanges with Elder Merrill for a bit because we were doing AP/ZL exchanges. It was seriously, so much fun and a great rememberance of all the good times we've had in the past! He really is one of the greatest examples to me, and I, myself, am so grateful for him. He will always have a special place in my heart, considering he was my first exposure to Missionary companions. I love it! So, I got to stay in the Temple and work in the office with him for a bit. I think just doing that for such a small amount of time really made me realize how much President Chan does for this Mission and Missionaries. There is SO much that happens behind the scenes, it's amazing how he's able to do it all. Of course we know nothing is impossible with our Savior's help, but he still expects us to put in our effort as well. So that in itself was a blessing and privilege to be a part of. Church this past Sunday was incredible and incredibly busy just like last week, probably even more actually! It's so awesome being a part of these faithful members' Wards and assisting them in the work of the Father. I have a Testimony of how important members are in the work that we are all so diligently engaged in. If it weren't for members, the work would go nowhere, and it would sure be difficult to invite others to come unto Christ and partake of the eternal blessings of this Gospel. This past week, I had the opportunity of bringing back the old days a bit and playing some ball! Oh man, it was way sweet and we got a few people's numbers from it too! It was me, Elder Dastrup, and a summer Missionary that was in Elder Dastrup's companionship on a team. We really had such a blast and showed people here how basketball goes down in the States! Just kidding. It was a blast and we're hoping to keep contact with these guys and introduce them to the Gospel. As for the rest of this week, we have some great people lined up and some great lessons prepared! I'm so excited for how the rest of this week is going to turn out, and I can't wait to tell you guys all about it! As for today, we're not really doing anything special because we have a few lessons scheduled, so that'll cut our P-Day probably in half, but it's all good. No worries. What's most important are these people and their salvation, NOT a P-Day for me. As for you guys this week, it surely sounds like Mom thoroughly enjoyed TREK, even without the shower and a good air matress! Ha! Oh man, I could relate to so much that you were talking about it, it's crazy! I mean, not everything, but a lot of it I was reliving in my head as I was reading it and re-reading it again. That experience with the Women's pull is truly something else! I know for a fact, just through you telling me and the Holy Ghost bearing witness to me, your experience during the Women's pull was put on by the powers of Satan but then overcome by the powers of Heaven. I remember, for me, the Women's pull was the most spiritual part, as well as my favorite part of the TREK by a long shot. I mean everything else was INCREDIBLE, don't get me wrong but there's just something special about that single event that got me. I remember it as if it were yesterday, how fast I was running up that hill to take the cart from those faithful young women and their leaders. I can also Testify through the TREK experience we can come closer to our Redeemer, Jesus Christ, simply by remembering those who had suffered so much for the cause of truth and bringing forth this Gospel to all of us today. What a blessing it is to be a part of sharing it with others and speaking with them about how the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ an how it can bless their lives. That is CRAZY about Daniel Kohagen! I seriously can't believe he's already home! There's no way that was two years, because I've only been out a few months, right? Anyways, I don't have a lot of time left, and sorry it's not very long this week, but that's just because I read your e-mail a few times. Well, next Thursday is move day but I'm pretty sure I'll stay considering I just got here. Whatever happens though, I know it will be divine revelation from the Lord through President Chan. Thank you guys for all your hard work and diligence in being who you are and fulfilling your purpose in this life. I love you all! Thank you! Until next week...Do what you do!
